Prayer Letter for Germany - July/August 2020

Dear intercessors, 

We thank God that the "lockdown" in most of our countries due to the corona-crisis is now gradually being eased. We are now praying for governments to make the right decisions concerning the recovery of the economy and the social unrest in many countries. Social distancing regulations remain in force in most countries, but there is no distance spiritually between us and our Father God and we can all continue to pray for Germany and for our own countries! 

Our prayer letter this month begins with "Heal our land!" and includes articles on the "Economy recovery package from the German government" and "Prayer for cohesion within our society".

We would also draw your attention to one prayer item for Germany which concerns Europe and the rest of the world:

"EU-Presidency and Presidency of the UN Security Council"

On July 1^st Germany assumes on the Presidency of the Council of the European Union for the next six months.

At the same time Germany takes on the Presidency of the UN Security Council for the month of July, where Germany is a non-permanent member during 2019 and 2020. 

With our blessings for the summer period - wherever you can take time to rest and relax and pray.
